This is an odd on delay extender board with Reticon SAD4096 chip. New old stock.
Multi effect processor unit, similar to 1990's era ART reverbs. Preset multi effects, front panel level controls, XLR/phone/RCA i/o. Hum shield installed by AP. New.
FYI, Around the database you will often see us describe the condition of units on a scale of 1-10. #10 would mean the product is new from one of our suppliers, such as Behringer, Audio Technica, etc. #9 means the product is in perfect condition but is used, #8 implies there are some minor cosmetic scratches but unit is mechanically perfect, and so on and so forth.

AP modified for optimum delay fidelity, feedback circuit changed to allow infinite and overloaded feedback, delay time range widened for greater control, unit switches between long and short delay settings.
