We are very careful to test the equipment before it’s packed and then to double box the machine with added protection when needed for front panels, etc. We are not amateurs or an ebay store; we know these machines very well and know what it takes to get them to you safely. To inquire about a motor you can show us a picture and/or find model number on your motor.
Actually some model numbers are virtually the same except slight cosmetic (color) or historical change, or a top bracket mount is slightly different. Once the actual look is the same then it is the same motor. It is true that sometimes the motor rotor develops cracks and can have weak torque.
