Re: International Shipping: We ship internationally often and have yet to encounter a problem or complaint. We are very careful to test the equipment before it’s packed and then to double box the machine with added protection when needed for front panels, etc. We are not amateurs or an ebay store; we know these machines very well and know what it takes to get them to you safely. We use USPS priority internationally which seems to be the cheapest. If you prefer another carrier (you should know who delivers to your area reliably) please let us know. Also please be aware of any tariffs that you may be responsible for upon pick up on your end. International shipping may be expensive but we will make sure it is not a headache on top of the cost. Results in a 2db noise floor improvement but really the unit has a 93db to 96db noise with standard A. P. Mod. Some light fingernail scratches on face. Unit 3 position high frequency EQ switch, middle position is an analogue EQ for CD. An extremely subtle audio improvement was noticed, but only under the the most critical and best headphone use. #8+ condition

FYI, Around the database you will often see us describe the condition of units on a scale of 1-10. #10 would mean the product is new from one of our suppliers, such as Behringer, Audio Technica, etc. #9 means the product is in perfect condition but is used, #8 implies there are some minor cosmetic scratches but unit is mechanically perfect, and so on and so forth.
Phase Linear 4000

Autocorrelation preamplifier. Unit has seen extremely low use time. All controls switches board connectors cleaned corrected power supply per Phase Linear update, some IC sockets and best noise version op amp installed. Repaireds some RCA inputs and fortified them with glue. Replaced various capacitors anywhere in unit which measured off spec (about 20 caps changed). Install "star ground" modification to reduce noise and RFI ruggedize all board connectors auto corrector circuit. Spec of unit noise floor and channel matching is excellent! Tracks excellent +/-1db channel match!
