Digital Delay line, four second delay/ looper with panel for footswitch. Does constantly variable delay and effects. Low use time. No rack rash but cover is scratched. Updated power supply. Top and bottom covers have some scratches/ wear from being installed and removed from rack. Faceplate is very clean, rack ears are clean with no major scratches. Input level and delay mix knobs are missing their caps. Unit is cosmetically good and fully functional, only some minor scratching on top/ bottom/ sides and the 2 missing knob caps. #9 condition.
