Stereo hiss, noise reduction. For use with tape decks, and records. This is a Modified version that allows more of the high frequencies and music ambiance to be retained when the filter operates. Noise Reduction, 2 rack space, Modified by AP to reduce hiss very carefully without excessive high frequency loss. Works well on tape and FM signal, 4136 opamp gives slight tubaphonic veiled sound. A somewhat archaic device but still usable as a substitute Dolby decoder or to warm up the audio character of excessively bright recordings.
