We are very experienced in the repair and modification of this crossover. Our upgrade improves fidelity, phase response and correctness, power handling, and allows the speaker to output stronger bass. Originally ADS had a very pronounced midrange that was also prone to causing driver failures. Our modification solves both problems! Phase response is especially improved in the voice/midrange to produce a more complete and seamless sound character. We use matched spec mylar capacitors and other audiophile grade parts. $220 includes all parts, labor, and return shipping to modify one pair of crossover boards. Most hobbyists have found it is quite easy to (carefully!) remove the board and connectors out of the speaker.
