These are tight rubber grommets that will allow a TEAC TZ-612 10" Reel hub adapter to fit on and hold tight the bullet spindle of an Otari MX5050 or almost any Otari bullet spindle reel table. Also allows TEAC 1/2" hub adapter for Tascam 38 and 48 to fit on Otari bullet spindles. Like new. Sold as pairs. (Hardcopy in Tascam Parts file).
