I have the parts and fix these all the time, unless the unit has been very seriously abused. Any forty year old machine like these will have bad capacitors, intermittent controls, possible breaks in circuit foils, and bad panel connectors. The FM alignment will likely be off as well due to aging of the tuner components. Virtually every Model 21 will require to re-rubberize the speaker skiver (edge suspension), since the butyl evaporates away after twenty years and the woofers lose their bass fidelity. The complete restoration is $100 to $200 including all parts.
