Encode/decode noise reduction, 4 stereo channels (8 total ins & 8 total outs). This unit works by reducing an incoming signal so that it remains well above the noise floor and then expanding the clean output signal at its original level. No box or manual. Good condition with scratches on top cover and minor rack wear.
Dolby B noise reduction unit. Correctly restored, carefully calibrated and tested. Very good #8+ condition with some very minor scratches on faceplate and slightly darkened back panel jacks. We can also service and supply parts for these units!

Dolby D super NR similar to Dolby B but further reduces noise hiss, best to set play level calibration very high to overcum low level signals which may be excessively nose reduced. Can be used as Aphex type presence enhancer, excellent 2 channel calibration (made originally for Nakamichi and JVC).
Stereo hiss, noise reduction. For use with tape decks, and records. This is a Modified version that allows more of the high frequencies and music ambiance to be retained when the filter operates. Rack mount 110/220 VAC. Much nicer operation in modern use. Minor but obvious face scratch, #7+ condition
